Refund policy

We have a 45-day return policy, meaning you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. LENZ may, at our discretion, provide a prepaid return shipping label; however, prepaid shipping is not guaranteed and will typically be reserved for specific cases upon review. Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted. .  

When returning your item, please include:

  • Copy of our email accepting and authorizing return with your original Order Number
  • All elements and parts of the product you are returning, including the original packaging

Damage and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. For example, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, gift cards, or items explicitly marked as "Sale is Final". Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, return your original item, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new product.  

Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.  automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
