This warranty policy applies to eligible LENZ products purchased from LENZ official channels, including the LENZ official website, the LENZ Amazon store, or other authorized LENZ sellers.
1. Standard 2-Year Limited WarrantyAll eligible LENZ products include a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This standard limited warranty applies whether or not the customer completes product registration. The 2-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation, subject to the exclusions and limitations listed below.

Registered 10-Year Extended Limited WarrantyCustomers who register their eligible LENZ product on the LENZ official website within 60 days of purchase may receive an extended limited warranty for up to 10 years from the original date of purchase. The 10-year extended limited warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To qualify, customers must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, purchase receipt, or invoice. LENZ may also request product model information, batch number, serial number, product photos, packaging photos, or other information needed to verify eligibility. Register your product now HERE.
3. Lifetime Technical SupportLENZ provides lifetime technical support for eligible LENZ products. Lifetime technical support includes product usage guidance, compatibility assistance, basic troubleshooting, safety guidance, and general product information. Lifetime technical support does not mean lifetime free replacement, lifetime refund, lifetime repair, or a guarantee of future compatibility with all vehicles, charging stations, charging networks, software versions, or third-party equipment.
4. What This Warranty CoversThis limited warranty covers product defects caused by materials or workmanship under normal use.

Covered issues may include:
- Internal electrical connection defects
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Structural defects caused by normal use
- Product failure caused by defects in original workmanship
LENZ will determine, at its discretion, whether to repair the product, replace the product, provide an equivalent replacement model, or offer another appropriate solution.

This limited warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Improper installation, improper connection, or unsafe operation
- Use with incompatible vehicles, chargers, adapters, extension cords, outlets, or charging networks
- Damage caused by vehicle-side issues, charging station issues, electrical system problems, grid issues, or third-party equipment
- Damage caused by overheating due to improper use, poor connection, contaminated connectors, loose plugs, or unsafe charging conditions
- Damage caused by water, moisture, corrosion, extreme temperatures, fire, flood, accident, impact, dropping, crushing, or external force
- Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, tampering, or alteration
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, fading, stains, or surface marks
- Loss, theft, missing parts after delivery, or damage during storage or transportation after delivery
- Commercial abuse, rental use, fleet use, repeated high-frequency use outside normal consumer use, or other non-standard use unless otherwise approved in writing by LENZ
- Compatibility changes caused by vehicle software updates, charging network policy changes, manufacturer restrictions, firmware updates, protocol changes, or changes to third-party charging infrastructure
- Any product purchased from unauthorized sellers, used marketplaces, liquidation channels, or second-hand resale platforms
6. Compatibility DisclaimerLENZ products are designed for specific vehicles, chargers, connectors, and charging conditions. The customer is responsible for confirming product compatibility before use. This warranty does not guarantee continued compatibility with all current or future vehicles, charging stations, charging networks, software versions, firmware versions, or manufacturer policies. Changes made by automakers, charging networks, charging station operators, software providers, or third-party equipment manufacturers are outside LENZ’s control and are not covered by this warranty.
7. Warranty Claim ProcessTo submit a warranty claim, please contact LENZ customer support or visit the LENZ official website. Warranty claim can be filed HERE.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Product model
- Batch number or serial number, if available
- Product registration information, if applicable
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Vehicle model and year
- Charger or charging station information
- A description of how the issue occurred
LENZ may request additional information to verify the claim and determine the appropriate solution.
8. Shipping and Replacement TermsDuring the standard 2-year limited warranty period, LENZ may cover replacement shipping for approved warranty claims, subject to review. During the extended warranty period after the first 2 years, LENZ may require the customer to cover shipping, handling, inspection, or processing costs, depending on the claim and product condition. If the original product model is discontinued, unavailable, or no longer supported, LENZ may provide an equivalent or upgraded replacement model at its discretion. A replacement product does not restart the warranty period. The warranty period continues from the original purchase date.
9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, LENZ’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or another solution determined by LENZ. LENZ is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, charging fees, towing costs, lost time, lost income, travel expenses, loss of use, property damage, or third-party claims. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
